ACFS encryption key store must be passwordless when using OCI Vault Master Encryption Keys to encrypt ACFS volume keys.
Cause
The ACFS encryption key store cannot be password-protected when using OCI Vault Master Encryption Keys to encrypt ACFS volume keys.
Action
Migrate the ACFS encryption key store from PKCS to SSO via 'acfsutil keystore migrate', which will remove the password from the ACFS encryption key store, then rerun the command.
