Cause
An attempt to save ACFS binary log data failed. The accompanying messages provide detailed failure information.
Action
The Oracle Kernel Services (OKS) persistent log provides more detailed failure information. Resolve the indicated problems, and then retry the operation. If the resolution is not clear or the problem persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
