Cause
The release supplied was higher than the active version of the cluster.
Action
If the cluster is in the proces of a rolling upgrade, verify the target version of the upgrade and wait until the upgrade has completed to retry the command. If the cluster is not in the process of a rolling upgrade, the supplied release will not be supported until the cluster has been upgraded to a sufficient release.
