Volume_Disk_Header has incorrect metadata size value: number
Cannot fixup the accelerator_device field.

Cause
The 'acfsutil meta -e' option cannot find the file system's metadata size, which is needed to change the FETA Global Directory block's accelerator_device field, so that it points at the local device containing the expanded accelerator volume. It is possible the collected metadata is corrupt.
Action
Use other means to find and change the accelerator_device field in the FETA Global Directory block (file entry 3).
