Unable to initiate a transfer after failover.
Cause
The replication daemon detected that the standby was failed over and is no longer participating in this replication relationship as a standby. As such, we can no longer replicate to it so the daemon will terminate.
Action
Determine why the standby was failed over. If appropriate, determine why this site has not failed over.
