ACFS replication for the storage location string at site string does not support the failover or switchover operation.
Cause
The 'acfsutil repl failover' or 'acfsutil repl switchover' operation failed on the standby replication site because it found that the primary site was running a version of replication that does not support these operations.
Action
To enable failover or switchover to the named primary site, upgrade the primary site to run a version of replication that supports the desired operation.
