Cause
An attempt to run online fsck for an ACFS file system failed because the on-disk superblocks were found to be invalid.
Action
Unmount the filesystem and run fsck (Unix or Linux) or acfschkdsk.exe (Windows) as soon as possible to fix the metadata inconsistency.
