Cause
A requested management operation failed because an attempt to obtain the current Windows OS version from the Windows Managment Instrumentation (WMI) Service in order to determine whether ACFS/ADVM drivers were supported was not successful.
Action
Use the Windows Task Manager to verify the status of the WMI service (winmgmt). After the WMI service is verified to be enabled and running, retry the command.
