Cause
An encryption operation was attempted on a realm secured file and no action was performed. A realm secured file can only be encrypted and decrypted by changing the encryption parameters of containing realm(s) or by deleting the file from all realms.
Action
If changing the encryption status of this file is required, contact a Security Administrator to modify the encryption parameters of the containing realm(s).
