Cause
The local host name could not be determined, ACFS security logs for this host in '<mount_point>/.Security/realm/logs/' will not be written.
Action
Ensure the operating system host name is set correctly and the security administrator can read this value, then unmount the file system and remount it manually to restore logging functionality.
