Cannot use OCI Vault Master Encryption Key to encrypt ACFS volume keys because ACFS replication is already enabled.
Cause
An attempt was made to use an OCI Vault Master Encryption Key to encrypt ACFS volume keys when ACFS replication was already enabled. This configuration is currently not supported.
