Cannot migrate ACFS encryption key store to be password-protected due to use of OCI Vault Master Encryption Keys to encrypt ACFS volume keys.
Cause
An attempt was made to migrate the ACFS encryption key store to be password-protected, but ACFS volume keys encrypted with OCI Vault Master Encryption Keys were found. ACFS volume keys encrypted with OCI Vault Master Encryption Keys must be stored in a passwordless ACFS encryption key store, so this migration to a password-protected ACFS encryption key store is not supported.
