Cause
The requested operation failed because it could not determine the Globally Unique IDentifier. Additional messages may accompany this to provide further failure details.
Action
Examine any additional messages, address any issues raised, and retry the original command. Additionally, verify the cluster name is valid, and retry the command specifying a valid cluster name. Finally, contact Oracle Support Services.
