ASMLib elements are present or ASM disk string 'string' still includes references to ASMLib disk path names.
Cause
An attempt was made to configure Oracle ASM Filter Driver (AFD) when ASMLib was present. ASMLib must be completely removed from the system before AFD can be configured. Otherwise, when the Oracle Clusterware stack is restarted, the AFD devices may not be discovered.
Action
Remove all traces of ASMLib from the system, including the libasm.so object in /opt/oracle. Set ASM disk string to default empty string. Refer to the product documentation and follow the procedure to configure AFD.
