CLSCH-02005

Oracle Cluster Health Analysis Service (OCHAD) failed due to a Grid Infrastructure Management Repository error.

Cause

A Grid Infrastructure Management Repository error occurred.

Action

Take the following steps:

  1. Examine the accompanying error messages. If possible, correct the issue reported.
  2. Issue a 'srvctl status mgmtdb' command to determine the status of the Grid Infrastructure Management Repository. If the Grid Infrastructure Management Repository is offline, issue the 'srvctl start mgmtdb' command to start it. If it fails to start, examine the database instance alert log to determine what happened.
  3. If you are unable to determine or correct the problem, contact Oracle Support Services.
