Failed to stop current Oracle Clusterware stack during upgrade
Cause
An error occurred while executing the 'crsctl stop crs -f' command from the current CRS home.
Action
Either manually stop the current Oracle Clusterware stack or reboot the local node to properly clean up the processes started by Oracle Clusterware, and then rerun rootupgrade.sh.
