Database Error Messages

The reason for this issue was one of the following:

• The 'crsctl add credmaint -path <path_name>' command failed because the requesting user was not root (UNIX) or Administrator (WINDOWS).
• An internal error occurred while executing the 'crsctl add credmaint -path /gpnp' command.

(a) Check if the command 'crsctl add credmaint -path <path_name>' is requested by the root(UNIX) or Administrator (WINDOWS). (b) Contact Oracle Support Services.
