Cause
An attempt to copy configuration file to remote nodes failed because the target node was unreachable or user equivalence did not work.
Action
Ensure that the remote nodes can be reached and user equivalence is properly configured across the cluster nodes, and then rerun the 'root.sh' command. Contact Oracle Support Services if the problem persists.
