Cause
An attempt to check the site and site GUID information failed because multiple sites were associated with the indicated site GUID.
Action
If this problem occurred on an Oracle Exadata Database Machine (Exadata), issue the command 'cellcli alter cell siteID= site GUID', and then rerun the root script. If this problem did not occur on an Exadata machine, contact Oracle Support Services.
