Adding node aborting because a Grid Infrastructure software upgrade is in progress.
Cause
An attempt to add a node failed because execution of the root script aborted after detecting that a Grid Infrastructure (GI) software upgrade was in progress.
Action
Following successful completion of the GI upgrade processing on all nodes, and then retry the add-node operation from the beginning.
