Rejecting the downgrade due to the databases named string which are at a higher version than string to which Grid Infrastructure downgrade is requested
Cause
There are some databases which are at a higher version than the Grid Infrastructure target version. The database version cannot be higher than the Grid Infrastructure version.
Action
Downgrade or remove the databases before downgrading the Grid Infrastructure, or pass the -force flag to the downgrade command.
