Zero-Downtime Oracle Grid Infrastructure Patching requires at least 2 Hub nodes to be running.
Cause
An attempt to use the -transparent option during the postpatch operation was rejected because the Cluster had only one Hub node running.
Action
Reissue the postpatch command without the -transparent option, or at a time when at least two Hub nodes are running.
