Cause
The node deletion was mostly successful, and should be functional in this state. Some portions of the configuration were not successfully deleted.
Action
This can be ignored. The safer choice is to restore the Oracle Cluster Repository from backup, and attempt the delete again. Adding any of the deleted nodes back to the configuration in the future may fail if this is ignored.
