Cause
The backup location provided did not exist, was not mounted correctly, or did not have the required permissions.
Action
Ensure that the backup location exists, that it is mounted correctly and visible to all nodes in the cluster, and that the permissions are correct. If the backup location is an ASM disk group, check the ASM entries in the alert log file for more details.
