Cause
There was an error setting Oracle ASM to rolling upgrade mode.
Action
Use the command 'srvctl status asm' to verify that the Oracle ASM instance is active, and inspect the accompanying ASM-specific error messages to see if there is a correctable problem. If so, correct the problem and retry the 'crsctl start rollingupgrade' command. If the problem persists, contact Oracle Support Services.
