Cause
The 'crsctl stop rollingpatch' command was rejected because the patch level did not match with the configured software patch level.
Action
Complete applying the patch on this node, and verify the patch level using the 'crsctl query crs softwarepatch host' command. Retry the 'crsctl stop rollingpatch' command.
