A Configuration change request failed because read of existing voting files failed; Details at string in string
Cause
CSSD was not able to read the lease blocks of a majority of Voting files which is an indication of a problem with the voting files.
Action
Run the command 'crsctl query css votedisk' to get the list of currently working voting files. User may delete problematic voting file or use a different set.
