Cause
An attempt to obtain the voting file discovery string from the profile failed, causing the CSS daemon to fail.
Action
Collect the Clusterware alert log and the CSSD log of this node as well as all CSS daemon logs of all other nodes in the cluster and contact Oracle Support Services.
