Lease acquisition failed for node string because CSSD failed to access majority of voting files; Details at string in string
Cause
A majority of the voting files are not accessible by a node.
Action
Delete the voting files that are no longer available, as indicated by message number 1637, using appropriate 'crsctl' commands, run either on another node where the Clusterware stack is active, or by starting the Clusterware stack in exclusive mode.
