cannot add Exascale voting file (string) while non-Exascale voting files are in use
Cause
An attempt to add an Exascale voting file was rejected because non-Exascale voting files were in use and the two types of voting files cannot coexist.
Action
Reissue the command specifying only non-Exascale voting files. Alternately, to add Exascale voting files, all current voting files must be purged and, therefore, reissue the command specifying the "purge" option.
