Valid type attribute keyword string specified outside a type attribute

Cause

A valid type attribute keyword was specified outside a type attribute.

Action

Specify the ATTRIBUTE type attribute keyword before specifying the DEFAULT_VALUE, FLAGS or TYPE type attribute keywords.
