Cause
The subnet mask and subnet number configured for the resource did not match the subnet mask and subnet number of any network interface on this node.
Action
Provide a subnet mask and subnet number which matches at least one network interface's subnet mask and subnet number using srvctl remove and add vip and retry the operation.
