Cause
The VIP's subnet number and the network interface's subnet number did not match.
Action
Make the VIP's subnet number match the network interface's subnet number using 'srvctl remove' and 'srvctl add vip' or 'srvctl remove' and 'srvctl add scan' and retry the operation.
