The operating system version is not supported by Oracle ASM Filter Driver.

Cause

Oracle ASM Filter Driver was incompatible with the current operating system version. Therefore, it was not activated.

Action

Ensure that the operating system version is supported by Oracle ASM Filter Driver. If this situation recurs, contact Oracle Support Services.
