Failure to start service 'string' with roles 'string' which do not match pluggable database 'string' with role 'string'
Cause
An attempt to start a service is being rejected because none of the service roles match the pluggable database role.
Action
Modify the roles of the service to contain the indicated pluggable database role and restart the service.
