The Oracle Cluster Synchronization Services daemon (CSSD) is forcing node reachability checks continuously. In the last 'number' milliseconds, it sent force reachability checks 'number' times.
Cause
Either there was a physical network connectivity issue between the remote node and the local node or the remote node was rebooted.
Action
No action required, this is Oracle internal diagnostics.
