The Cluster Health Monitor repository retention time cannot be changed due to lack of disk space on node string.
Cause
The Cluster Health Monitor retention time condition could not be fulfilled because the Cluster Health Monitor repository ran out of disk space at run time at the repository location.
Action
Use the 'oclumon manage -repos reploc location' command to replace the Cluster Health Monitor repository with a disk location that has at least 1GB of available space per cluster node.
