Cause
Oracle High Availablity Service is unable to elevate a process to real-time priority.
Action
Support for cgroupv2 requires booted operating system kernel with CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED disabled. If using containers, check container configuration for the required capabilities and the priority limit in a specific container type according to the relevant container guide for Oracle RAC.
