Cause
A requested operation involving the indicated cluster could not be carried out because a connection to the Cross-cluster Dependency Proxies (CDP) daemon for that cluster could not be established or had timed out.
Action
Start the Cross-cluster Dependency Proxies (CDP) daemon on the appropriate cluster and retry the command.
