Cause
An attempt to set permissions to the key failed because the permissions were not using the right format.
Action
The permissions must be provided as "user:rwx-string,group:rwx-string,other:rwx-string", for example: user:rw-,group:r--,other:--- Provide the permissions and retry the command.
