The value (string) specified for the initialization parameter db_name is not same as primary database name (string).
Cause
In order to create standby database, the database name should be same as primary database. However, either the specified db_name initialization parameter or the first 8 character of the specified gdb name is not matching the primary database name.
Action
Specify a same value for db_name initialization parameter or update the GDB name value in such a way that first 8 characters of host name part of it is matching the primary database name.
