Cause
Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) initialization parameter TABLESPACE_ENCRYPTION with value 'DECRYPT_ONLY or ENCRYPT_NEW_TABLESPACES with value DDL is specified.
Action
Ensure that the supported initialization parameter value is specified for the encryption.
