Cause
Fast_start failover compliance failed. Data Guard configuration has Fast_Start failover enabled and Auto-Reinstate set to true. Manual Reinstate is not permitted.
Action
Reinstate would be automatically performed by the Data Guard Broker. Manual Reinstate is not needed. No further action required.
