Unable to get Data Guard FSFO Status from the Data Guard configuration.
Cause
Either specified database '%s' is not running or it cannot be connected to using the specified credentials.
Action
Ensure the database is running and connectible using the specified credentials. Also validate the database status in Data Guard using DGMGRL.
