Unable to fetch the current primary database details from the database 'string' system.
Cause
Either connectivity to the primary database is down or all the Data Guard members registered to the current database are in inconsistent state.
Action
Verify the primary database connectivity from the current database system or rerun the operation by specifying the primary database unique name.
