Specified PDB 'string' does not exist on the standby database.
Cause
PDB operations on the standby database can be completed only after the PDB metadata is replicated from the primary database.
Action
Verify that there is no apply lag between primary and standby databases. Resolve any gaps, apply missing archive log files, if any, and restart managed recovery operations.
