Cause
When the access control parameter is enabled, the database wont be able to access its files within the mentioned diskgroup(s) after the upgrade.
Action
Disable the access control parameter on the ASM instance as a privileged user and try again. Once the database upgrade finishes you can re-enable the access control parameter on the mentioned diskgroups.
