The Oracle home string has an already existing entry in sqlnet.ora for TDE wallet location that conflicts with the configured TDE wallet for the string database.
Cause
Only one TDE wallet configuration can be configured in the sqlnet.ora file.
Action
Verify the TDE wallet configuration and try again.
