The upgrade cannot proceed because 'compatible' parameter will be updated to meet the minimum for this release and that cannot be done if there are GRP(s) present in the database.
Cause
DBUA has detected that there are existing or new GRP(s) to be created, which is not allowed for cases were the 'compatible' parameter needs to be updated.
Action
Remove all the existing GRP(s) on the current database and select another backup strategy.
