TDE wallet location: {0} does not match the configuration in sqlnet.ora.
Cause
ENCRYPTION_WALLET_LOCATION entry in sqlnet.ora was either modified or did not point to either /opt/oracle/dcs/commonstore/wallets/tde/$ORACLE_UNQNAME or /opt/oracle/dcs/commonstore/wallets/tde/dbUniqName.
Action
Correct or add the entry in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/sqlnet.ora to ENCRYPTION_WALLET_LOCATION=(SOURCE=(METHOD=FILE) (METHOD_DATA=(DIRECTORY=/opt/oracle/dcs/commonstore/wallets/tde/$ORACLE_UNQNAME)) or ENCRYPTION_WALLET_LOCATION=(SOURCE=(METHOD=FILE) (METHOD_DATA=(DIRECTORY=/opt/oracle/dcs/commonstore/wallets/tde/dbUniqName)).
